T.L.C. Preschool Community Scholarship Guidelines
One $250 award will be presented to an Orion High School senior who will be attending a two- or four-year college during the fall semester of 2022 The student must also have attended T.L.C. Preschool for at least one year.
Applicants must turn in their application to the Orion High School Guidance Counselor.

2020-2021 Scholarship
Noah Seys 2019-2020 Scholarship Jamie Abbott, daughter of Jason & Julie Abbott, was rewarded the TLC Preschool scholarship for the 2019-2020 school year. Jamie attended TLC Preschool from 2005-2007. She is an Orion High School graduate. Jamie will be furthering her education next year at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign majoring in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. Jamie was also very involved during her years at Orion. Participating in marching band, jazz band, orchestra, drama, soccer (senior captain), basketball, track, volleyball, national honor society, scholastic bowl, student council (class president junior and senior year), and the first Lego league. Outside of school, she was also a member of her church worship team. volunteer at Orion's Vacation Bible school, and a religious education teacher. She has also taught piano lessons, and performed Irish Dancing. |
2018-2019 Scholarship
TLC Scholarship was rewarded to Orion High School graduate, Ryan Wegerer. The 2018 Scholarship Program is funded entirely by the generous support of TLC Preschool. Recipients must have attended TLC Preschool and complete an essay to show high leadership qualities at school and in their community. |
